The Pennsylvania Delegate Selection Plan allocates at total of 189 pledged delegates to tonight's Primary with 127 being allocated at the Congressional District level, with 62 associated with the statewide results; there are 42 at-large and 20 pledged PLEO. The Pennsylvania Department of State (PDS) has historically provided Congressional District results in each county. The results page is currently down for maintenance. Our hope is that results will be explicitly provided at the congressional district level, if they are not however, we will parse each of the 67 counties to aggregate the results at the congressional district level. We'll parse the PDS's data once a minute and determine delegate assignments using the rules outlined in the selection plan.

The raw votes depicted below are taken directly from the PDS. The percentages shown below are two-way percentages between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders because no other candidates will be viable to receive delegates. Finally, the delegate totals reported below are based on assignments done with the current data, they are not forward predictions. We've also calculated the additional percentage needed by each candidate to gain an extra delegate in each district.

The Pennsylvania Department of State (PDS) is not providing results by congressional district, at all. For now, the graphics are setup to parse from The Green Papers once a minute. If a more official source becomes available that is reporting at the congressional district level, we will switch our data over.
